Join your neighbors for a late New Years celebration at 294 14th Avenue S, the luxurious sales office of Coquina Sands' new OLANA beachfront condominium development, on Wednesday, January 13. In addition to complimentary wine, beer, soft drinks and nibbles, you'll enjoy an update from the president of the Miracle Mile Association.  There will be an opportunity for Q&A.

Doors at the sales office (not the beachfront construction site!) will open at 5:00pm and the presentation will start at 5:30pm. The reception will continue until 6:30.
